Susanne Waller shares History of Groveton Texas

Our team is committed to creating a uniquely Texan film. To do that, we’re spending a lot of time researching, scouting film locations, and getting to know the residents and leaders in Trinity County.

Since deciding on the film location for The Beast of Trinity Texas, we’ve seen a great deal of Trinity County, but not all of it. We have to say, we love everyone we’ve met so far.

On a recent location scout expedition, our team was hosted by Connie Due for a tour of Groveton, a small town we’ve grown to love.

One of our stops was the Trinity County Museum, headed up by the amazing Susanne Waller, who was kind enough to share a few stories with our team.
